For hygienic and sanitary reasons we only accept returns of products that are damaged, defective or incorrect. If the product has arrived damaged or defective, write to us in less than 7 days and send us the photograph of the product.
Or if in the delivery of the product you detect any damage or tear in the box, please make it appear on the delivery note that you sign at the time of delivery and, in less than 7 days, write us with the description of the incident together with the Photograph of damaged product.
Likewise, if the product is incorrect and does not correspond to your order, please write to us in less than 7 days with the order number and attach the photograph of the product received.
In all cases we will bear the costs of collection and replacement by another product or the refund of the order amount.
